BETTER WORKPLACES
FOR EVERYBODY.

The world of work has been built so that people who menstruate are at a disadvantage.

Our research has shown that…

Bloody Good Employers is on a mission to create fairer, safer workplaces for your employees, and for all people who menstruate.

We offer support and education for employers who are committed to promoting equality, diversity and the rights of all workers to be treated fairly.

We’ve conducted research with over 3000 respondents — both employers and employees — to understand how periods affect people in work. Our findings underline the need for change, but also demonstrate the positive opportunities from menstrual equity. That's where we come in.

BGE PROGRAM

The Bloody Good Employers Programme

To be accredited as a Bloody Good Employer, we’ll guide you through a four-step certification programme.

Each programme is tailored to the needs of the employer and its employees.

The first step is to understand where you are now. We’ll provide a self-evaluation tool for your staff and management so that we can understand what support is already in place. Then we’ll review the results and provide feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement in a dedicated consultation.

STEP 2
Education

From period and menopause myth-busting to inclusive communication tactics, you’ll cover it all in three exclusive workshops led by our experienced workshop facilitators. To support your employees to suggest improvements they would like to see in your workplace.

At this stage, we re-evaluate your company to see how things have progressed since certification began. We work closely with you to embed actionable changes into your company’s culture, communication and policies.

Whilst the work is focused on the inclusion of menstrual health and menopause considerations, our approach inspires change in other areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

In addition to the wider societal outcomes of your participation in the programme, you can expect outputs such as:
